Frequently asked questions

Account deletion

To delete your account, either email support@beeuni.ai or do it yourself from settings:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Choose Delete account in the account settings
  3. Choose 14-day grace period or immediate deletion
  4. Type "delete" to confirm

All agents, sessions, credentials, and billing data will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
